Independent verification clause

Like Your Car is an educational service and provides consultative opinions based on journalistic experience. The client is being provided a curated menu of vehicles that align with their preferences. Like Your Car is not affiliated with, nor compensated by, any automotive manufacturer or dealership.

Limitation of liability

If a client is dissatisfied with their final car purchase for any reason, Like Your Car cannot be held responsible. The final vehicle purchase decision is the sole responsibility of the client. Like Your Car is not responsible for any part of the final purchase or buying process including but not limited to: the inspection, mechanical or cosmetic condition, purchase contract vetting, choice of dealer/seller, hidden dealer fees, financing or financing rates, or buyer's remorse. If a client wants to sue, the maximum amount they can sue for is the amount they paid for the consulting service.

Like Your Car is not responsible for market fluctuations which are subject to change. These market fluctuations include but are not limited to: vehicle pricing, availability, trim options, and local market conditions.

No warranty of satisfaction

Like Your Car does not warranty or guarantee satisfaction with the client's vehicle of final decision or purchase. Like Your Car will help you identify some of the best makes and models for your lifestyle based on driving dynamics. Again, you, as the client, are being provided a curated menu of vehicles that align with your preferences.

Refund Policy

If the client cancels before the consultation call or chat, they have the right to a full refund. Once the call or chat happens, the service will be considered fully rendered and non-refundable.
